Alstom, Siemens and Hitachi shortlisted for Newcastle–Sydney high speed rail trains
The High Speed Rail Authority has shortlisted Alstom–UGL, a Siemens-led consortium and Hitachi Rail for the Newcastle–Sydney line's trains, plus three construction consortia for its first 35 km of tunnels.
