Elevate Site IQ provides remote Civil 3D modelling, civil CAD drafting and GPS machine-control data preparation for contractors and survey teams. We also support survey and set-out data preparation and overflow drafting. Drainage and sewer deliverables can include trench limits tailored to pipe sizes, CAD pipe size/type labels, pit excavation limits and levels, and jump-up references from pit centres. Road-boxing limits are prepared to suit the specified kerb size and type. For bulk earthworks, we check supplied surfaces against design drawings and raise discrepancies in levels or falls for clarification. Scope and outputs are agreed around the supplied project drawings, approved requirements and intended equipment or workflow. Remote preparation is available Australia-wide and for UK and New Zealand projects; onsite set-out and pickup support is offered separately in Melbourne.
